How to Insert Picture in MS Word
This is pretty much easy and bit tough task to insert an image in MS Word Document. Open MS Word, click Insert-> Picture and select Clipart if you likes to add a clipart to your document or select From File, if you want to add a scanned picture or image from web.
Now we will insert an image from scanner. After completion of scanning the image save it your desktop and in MS Word click Insert-> Picture-> From File, a dialog box will appear, select the destination of the scanned photo and click insert. Now, the picture is in the document.
How to resize an image in MS Word
You can easily resize the image by clicking on the image and you can see the points in the corner of the image and drag it from bottom right corner, with this you can modify the image to a large size or a smaller one.
How to change the color image to Grayscale
This is also easy one to do, if the picture toolbar does’nt exist click Tools-> Customize-> tickmark Picture and click close. Now the Picture toolbar will display. Keep the image on select and click Image control on the Picture toolbar and select Grayscale. Now the image turned as a Grayscale image.
How to make the image around the text
Select the image and in the picture toolbar click Text Wrapping and try the styles that available as per your need by the buttons.
How to adjust the image more clarity
By selecting the image and in the picture toolbar click the More Brightness, Less Brightness, More Contrast, Less Contrast to adjust the clarity of the image as per your need.
How to Crop an Image
Again select the image and in the picture toolbar click the Crop icon and in the image corner points click drag the image wherever you want to crop.
How to make an outline to the image
Select the image and in the picture toolbar click Line Sytle icon and select the outline point and it will automatically applies to the image. To modify the outline color, click the Line Sytle icon in the picture toolbar and click More Line, in the Format Picture dialog box select the Line Color, Style, Weight or Dashed and click ok to apply the changes.
