Sometimes Word could trouble you while working with some important documents. There is few options to speedup MS Word to work in better environment. We use few tools occasionally in Word and now we are going uncheck the unwanted tools by Selecting Tools-> Options and do the following necessary changes to speedup MS Word. On the ‘General’ tab, uncheck the ‘Provide feedback with animation’, reduce the ‘recently used file list’ to 4. If you do not want to show the recent file list in the File menu then put 0.
On the ‘Spelling & Grammer’ tab, uncheck ‘Check grammar as you type’ and ‘Check grammar with spelling’. If you still want more speed deselect the ‘check spelling as you type’. Another goodway to improve speed by unchecking the ‘Background Printing’ in the Print tab, some printers uses spool print jobs plenty fast and click OK.
Some more options to speedup by unchecking the Autocorrect options from Tools-> Autocorrect. Uncheck Correct TWo INitial CApitals, Capitalize first letter of sentences, Capitalize names of days, Correct accidental usage of cAPS LOCK key.
