Finally, got a wordpress translate plugin Global Translator, it features dynamically translates blog in 14 languages includes English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Greek, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese, Dutch, Norwegian by wrapping 4 different online translation search engines includes Google Translation Engine, Babelfish Translation Engine, FreeTranslations.com & Prompt.
I tested on this blog and it works like charm. Amazingly it got indexes on multiple language search engines and already got few hits from other language search engines. Very easy to install and configure. Download the latest version of Global Translator and installation instructions.
